How do I get a nice stomach

You need to change the way you eat. You can do all the crunches in the world, but until you get control of your nutrition you will never see the rock hard abs you are working out in the gym. You need to reduce your body fat by controlling your calorie intake and building lean muscle with resistance training. Once you lower your body fat percentage then you will start to see your abs and feel good about taking off your shirt or wearing a bikini at the beach.

Most people are not willing to change their eating habits, and that is why they never get six pack abs. It takes a lot of discipline and clean eating to see results in the midsection. The abs are usually the last area to lose fat in on the body.

But if you build muscle all around the body, then you will reduce your overall body fat and start to see the abs you have always wanted.

Honestly you are better off if he initiates the action. If he asks you out then go ahead and accept his offer to spend time together. And take it from there. But in the meantime smile and talk with him a lot, and you can flirt when you are together. By paying him attention that may stimulate in him the desire to ask you out. But if you ask him out, your are giving him too much power. I know some women like to ask out men these days.

But honestly if a man desires a woman, nothing will keep him away. And if a man does not desire a woman, nothing will make him like you in that way.

And if he doesnt have the courage to ask you out, then he is not the right man for you, at least not at this moment, maybe he will mature and become that man evntually but right now he is not ready for you.

Just pray for him, and maybe god will instill that desire in him.

Yeah....How do i sprint faster and how do i get my thighs and calves more toned/muscular without use of weights?

well if you want to get faster you should lift weights, take a look at the sprinters in the olympics they are all very muscular even in their upper body and arms

you can do intervals, sprint for 30 seconds, jog or walk for 30 seconds then sprint again, keep repeating this, until you sprint for longer then you jog or walk

also you can buy a parachute that you attach to your body when you sprint so you will run against the air current

also you can push a heavy cart, like a golf cart full of weights, so you can drive into it with your legs,

some people attach a rope around them while somebody heavy holds on to it from behind you while you run and pull them with you

you need to build power, so look up plyometric exercises to build up your power moves

sprinters are strong and explosive

you also need to increase your stride length and you foot speed

you need faster steps and longer strides, to gain speed

finally you can buy a weighted vest and run with it on your body, this will also build strength, when you take it off you will be much faster then you are with it on, and you can always add more weights to the vest as you get stronger, get one that you can adjust the weight of the vest very easily

do this with the intervals this will help you

Fitness diet?

Hi,
I am pretty clueless when it comes to my diet, but do make an effort to eat well. For the winter, I want to bulk up a little bit, and improve my strength. i dont want to start taking any protein shakes or anything like that, so I was wondering if anybody could advise me what foods I should eat more of to increase energy levels, and promote muscle growth, and also which foods I need to avoid and why?

My Answer
you need to eat more to gain size and strength, also start lifting weights at least 3 times a week. Protein powder and protein bars are the easiest way to increase protein intake everyday. I make smoothies out of protein powder by adding it to frozen fruit, ice, milk, water and blend it in a magic bullet blender.

Otherwise you will need to eat more meat, beans and rice, tofu, soy instead of the protein powder. Also eggs and milk are good sources of protein.

you need to eat more calories then you burn to gain size, you need to figure out how many calories you burn each day , then eat an additional 400 calories per day. If you eat this much and do not workout you will get fat. But if you are lifting weights every week then you will build muscle.

If you want to increase energy levels, just eat more carbs, preferably fruits and vegetables, and add some caffeine like green tea and coffee. And you need to eat more often, eat every 3 to 4 hours, 3 medium meals, and 2 to 3 snacks. When I say snacks I mean a piece of fruit, a bag of nuts, yogurt, protein bar, protein shake, smoothie with protein, granola bar, cheese, something healthy, not cookies or ice cream.

you need to eat every 3 to 4 hours to keep burning calories all day and process all of your food, if you go long periods without eating then your body will store your food as fat instead of burning it as fuel.

good luck, hire a trainer to teach you how to exercise, and eat properly

you can measure how many calories you burn with the bodybugg by apex, you can wear it on your arm and learn how much you burn and then decide how much to eat and still gain or lose weight if that is your goal.

how to pack your cooler for lunch

If you want to eat healthy I recommend bringing a cooler of healthy foods to work everyday instead of eating out.

Instead of going to the vending machine when you are hungry you can just open up your cooler and pull out something you like to eat that is better for you.

some tips

1. boiling a dozen eggs takes the same time as boiing one. Just do them all at the same time, you can keep the extra in the fridge for later. I normally just eat the egg whites, but if your cholesterol levels are low go ahead and eat the whole thing.

2. but a family size pack of chicken breast and cook the whole thing at once. It gives you one meal immediately and extra food for later or the next day

3. look for a large turkey breast, so you can make two days worth of meals out of it when you roast it

4. pack easily portable foods like fruit, nuts, yogurt, protein bars, veggies

5. keep a jar of natural nut butter in your cooler, for a quick snack, you can eat it with a green apple at the same time, or with celery if you pack those with it

6. keep a premeasured amount of whey protein in your cooler to mix with water for a quick smoothie, when you need a fast meal

7. use whole grain wraps, instead of white breads, or whole wheat bread, you can buy wheat tortillas and wheat bread to hold your foods and have some fiber from your carbs

8. low fat dairy like cottage cheese, or yogurt. you can also mix fresh berries into these for some flavor

9. fresh veggies are always great to eat with your meats, like a spring mix, or other raw veggies

10. and tons of cold water, so you can stay hydrated

11. keep a bag of nuts in your cooler, easy protein and healthy fats in almost all nuts, try to get unsalted nuts though

You can pack all your food the night before, once you get used to bringing a cooler you will save money, cause you stop buying potato chips and candy bars and soda, and your waistline will be in better shape too, good luck

I am reading a book by john hagee and diana hagee. It is actually two books by both people. One called what every woman wants in a man, and the other by john called what every man wants in a woman.

It is a nice book with a lot of wisdom in it. If you are in a relationship or want to be in a relationship I would highly recommend this book. It may give you some tips on how to be in a loving relationship that is christ centered.

Love truly is the answer to all things. If we sacrifice our own needs, posessions, talents and desires for someone else, then we do these things out of love. Why else would I put my desires or needs to the side, unless I cared more for someone else then I did myself.

I do not need to shine or be glorified at all times. In fact I enjoy being in a support role for my family and friends, and allow them the chance to shine and be honored. And if I can help them or assist them or lead them, then in a way I too am glorified in helping them shine. But I do not help them to gain glory, I help them because I love them.

As an older brother I have learned to give up things I wanted to allow my siblings to have what they need. In fact I love to sacrifice my time and talent to help someone I love. And I have learned that when i empy myself, god will fill me up with gifts and even more talents.

For god returns my sacrifice with the gift of love and friendship. How better to create a friend then to offer up your time and talent to them. If you give enough to your titheing that it hurts. I mean have you ever gone to mass and had to choose between titheing and buying something to eat. That is when you know you are giving till it hurts. I mean sometimes you just need to feel hurt to know that you have really offered a true sacrifice.

In my experience whenever you offer a sacrifice to god, god will find a way to honor you and bless you. Try it, offer up your greatest sins, try to abstain for a week or a month or even one day, and see if you feel better or if you obtain a new outlook on life. You just might be surprised at what god will bring into your life when you put your selfish greed to the side and offer up your life to jesus.
