I have been reading a book by christopher west, which is a beginners guide to theology of the body by pope john paul. I have enjoyed it so far. I recommend picking this book up if you are familiar with john paul's work on this.
I like that what I am reading seems to flow very well with what I have been learning with singles for christ. But it uses scripture to explain everything.
If you have been looking for a good book, I believe you can pick it up for like 11 dollars. The store in covina has them, as well as barnes and noble in montclair.
It is kinda hard to find, I went to a number of christian bookstores before finding it. You might be better off looking it up online.
