eating out at restaraunts, eat half and take half home with you
if you eat half you will feel full and make the other half your midday snack or your next day lunch. This will allow you to eat foods you enjoy without eating too many calories in one sitting. By gettin in the habit of eating half you will develop healthy portions for all of your meals, and this will help you lose weight over the long haul. And by turning one meal into two meals you end up paying less for food then if you ate it all in one sitting or if you were to throw away your leftovers. With my friends I am always the one taking a to go box home with me.
