you need to eat every 3 hours. Go have a bag of nuts, a piece of fruit, a protein bar, protein shake, a smoothie, yogurt, cheese, a glass of milk, a hard boiled egg, a salad. Have something to keep your energy level up and to increase your expediture of energy, so you will not be storing food as fat, you will burn it up fuel for your body to run more efficiently.
