testimonial from my client Craig:

Hi my name is Craig & when I first joined 24hr Fitness Ronald was my trainer. I explained to Ronald my goals and he designed a training program to fit my abilities & achieve my goals. Ronald was very detailed on my workouts and always explained the purpose of each exercise & what body parts it would build. He was a "form nazi" in that he made sure I did my exercise correctly with good form which greatly reduced the risk of injury. It was very hard work and I would be sore the next day but that was definitely a good thing. Ronald was always positive & upbeat and was there to motivate and encourage me on throughout my training program. He is very knowledgeable in regards to fitness, training, & nutrition. I learned a lot about these areas thanks to Ronald. Ronald also has a great personality which is very important in a training relationship. I would most definitely recommend Ronald as a personal trainer based on my positive experience with his training program.

a victory for pro life movement in congress

No AIDS Relief Money for Abortions
Bill Approved in House Committee with Bipartisan Support

Thanks to many phone calls and letters, we had a victory last week on the AIDS relief bill. The House Foreign Affairs Committee approved a bill that removed any references to reproductive health. The provision that was removed would have diverted AIDS relief funding to abortions.

Cardinal Justin Rigali speaking for the USCCB commented, "It is vital to preserve and expand proven life-saving programs - especially abstinence and fidelity education - while refusing to dilute and distort a successful AIDS relief program with family planning and ‘reproductive health’ activities."

Many thanks to all of you who contacted your representatives to ask for the removal of abortion-funding language from the bill. The bill was passed with a bipartisan voice vote, so we cannot give you feedback on how individual members voted.

The Debate on the House floor is expected later this month. We will keep you updated on further developments with the bill.
