testimonial from my client Craig:

Hi my name is Craig & when I first joined 24hr Fitness Ronald was my trainer. I explained to Ronald my goals and he designed a training program to fit my abilities & achieve my goals. Ronald was very detailed on my workouts and always explained the purpose of each exercise & what body parts it would build. He was a "form nazi" in that he made sure I did my exercise correctly with good form which greatly reduced the risk of injury. It was very hard work and I would be sore the next day but that was definitely a good thing. Ronald was always positive & upbeat and was there to motivate and encourage me on throughout my training program. He is very knowledgeable in regards to fitness, training, & nutrition. I learned a lot about these areas thanks to Ronald. Ronald also has a great personality which is very important in a training relationship. I would most definitely recommend Ronald as a personal trainer based on my positive experience with his training program.

Are there any good pills to help me feel awake and refreshed and alert?

Good pill out there?

Hi everyone.

I am a student at UCLA and it is my last year. Unfortunately due to some family problems and a low point of my life, I was put on academic probation. I have 3 quarters to improve my GPA and I've already have last quarter.

I really need to work super hard these next 2 quarters because I am graduating in June. And with my classes, I have taken an internship at the hospital as well as a job to pay off my loans.

Are there any good pills/vitamins/etc. that I can take during the mornings and nights to feel awake, alert, and refreshed so that I can do what I have to do. I have been so tired and sleepy lately, and I shouldn't because I am only 23.

I understand I can also change my diet, etc etc etc, but I would like to know what good pills you guys out there have taken that allows you to do what you gotta do.

I've taken this type of pill that makes you stay awake, but it just made me even sleepier and sick. And I can drink a whole pot of coffee AND 10 cans of Monster and still sleep like a baby.

Thanks for youbr help!

p.s.
Legal substances only please!

I went to ucla too. The best way to feel good and get all your work done is to eat healthy and exercise and get enough sleep. Caffeine and sugar will only help so much. And after awhile that stuff stops being effective.

I would recommend a multivitamin from apex. And you can try a supplement called redline. Both of these might help you stay awake and feel better.

But sleep and exercise and avoiding bad food will do more for your energy level.

Also try to eat every 3 hours. If you eat throughout the day that will keep your energy level higher.

good luck man, and go bruins

I have always found green tea to be a good choice for a longer lasting caffeine kick, also guarana is a longer lasting energy than caffeine if you can get that supplement in your smoothies or drinks it is pretty effective
